How long does shipping take?
After processing, your order will be immediately shipped on the following Saturday. The average shipping time is 3-5 business days. If your order is shipped outside of the U.S., shipping will take 5-7 business days.
Do you offer international shipping?
No we do not offer international shipping at the moment, but we will be intergrating that option in the near future.
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping rates will be calcuated during checkout.
My package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
RAW Societee is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the courier service. The courier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address. If you believe your package may have been lost or stolen, please contact our customer service team so we can assist you.
What is your return policy?
Online purchases made through RawSocietee.com are valid for even exchange or store within 7 business days from when the order was delivered. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with ALL tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).

You can subscribe to our mailing list by entering your preferred email address in our subscription box on the home page.

Can I order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we do not take orders over the phone at this time. However, you may order directly from our online website or on your smartphone.

Yes, we utilze a secure platform that protects confidential information for all clients that disclose their emails for our mailing list and personal information during checkout.
Do you restock items that are sold out?
Unfortunately we do not restock all items. However, popular items can be brought back to our online store based on demand. Our Customer Service Team will need an item number/product code to confirm availability.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Yes, however you must CALL our customer service number to confirm modification or cancellation of your order. In addition, please allow 5-7 business days to receive a refund.
How do I know what size to select?
Please refer to the size guides/charts that are shown in the description portion for each item.
I cannot find the answers to my questions, how do I reach customer service?

How long does processing take?
Each item is hand made. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing.
What if the item(s) I ordered are out of stock?
If you place an order and the item(s) are out of stock, you will be notified IMMEDIATELY via email. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship. If you are not willing to allow additional processing time, you can cancel the order and will receive a full refund.
How do I check the status of my order?
Confirmations are sent via email within 30 minutes when your order has been received or your shipment has been processed, based on the valid email address provided to us. Once the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number as well.
