SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once the order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation. After the order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email that includes your shipment details, tracking number, and link to track your package via USPS.
Orders are shipped on the following Saturday after the order is placed and completely processed. Orders placed on the weekend and select holidays are processed on the next business day.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed an additional 2 business days. Orders with out of stock item(s) may take an additional 5 business days to process and ship.
Return & Exchange Policy
Online purchases made through the rawsocietee.com are valid for even exchange, or store credit within 7 business days from the ship date. All returned or exchanged items must be unwashed, unworn, and undamaged, with ALL tags attached. Jewelry must be in its original packaging. All returned items must be accompanied by the return form and customs documents (if applicable).
Sale merchandise, swimwear, earrings and body piercings, clearance items, and gift cards/e-gift cards are ALL FINAL SALE items and cannot be returned or exchanged.
